Process — Assembly

Assembly & Fit-Up

Where the pieces become the product. Components are fit-up checked, assembled to the approved shop drawings, and coordinated as complete units — so what arrives on site goes together right, first time.

A project is only as good as it goes together — precise parts still need precise assembly to read as one seamless piece on site.

Cut, formed and finished components are assembled to the approved shop drawings, with a fit-up check before final joining so geometry and alignment are confirmed before anything becomes permanent.

Complex, multi-part elements are trial-assembled and coordinated as complete units, so tolerances stack correctly and installation on site is fast, predictable and clean.

What we do

Assembly steps.

Dry-fit, build, check — before anything reaches site.

01

Fit-up & trial assembly

Parts are dry-fitted and checked against the drawings before any final joining is committed.

02

Assembly to drawings

Units are built to the approved shop drawings — alignment, spacing and geometry confirmed.

03

Joining & fixing

Welded, bolted or concealed fixings as the design requires, executed cleanly.

04

Pre-delivery check

Complete assemblies are checked as units before packing, so site work is predictable.

Why it matters

The difference, in detail.

01

Right first time

Fit-up checks catch issues in the workshop, not on site where they cost time.

02

Seamless units

Multi-part elements read as one continuous piece, not a collection of parts.

03

Tolerances managed

Stack-up is coordinated across components so everything lines up at installation.

04

Faster installation

Pre-assembled, checked units make site work quick and predictable.

05

Finish protected

Assembly is handled to protect polished and coated surfaces through to delivery.

06

Drawing-true

Built to the approved shop drawings — what's signed off is what's delivered.

How we control it

Most site problems are really assembly problems — solved in the workshop.

Confidence on site comes from verifying fit and protecting the finish before anything leaves the workshop.

01

Fit-up before final join

Geometry and alignment are confirmed by dry fit-up before anything is permanent.

02

Built to approved drawings

Assemblies follow the signed-off shop drawings — the single source of truth.

03

Surface protection

Finished surfaces are protected during assembly to stay mark-free.

04

Pre-delivery inspection

Complete units are checked before packing and dispatch.
